These terms govern the Fast Finance Card issued by Birmecha Securities Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"), a Non-Banking Financial Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India under registration number B.05.05244, CIN U67120WB1994PTC063514. By applying for or using the card you accept them, together with the card agreement and the schedule of charges given to you at the time of issue.
The card comes with a card limit in PV (Points Value), where 1 PV equals ₹1. It is the most you can spend at our partner merchants. We set it at our sole discretion after assessing your application. The limit is not guaranteed to continue: we may reduce or withdraw it, with notice, where your profile, your use of the card or regulatory requirements make that necessary.
Each card variant carries its own joining fee, yearly charge, card limit, ATM withdrawal limits, free ATM withdrawal allowance and per-withdrawal fee beyond that allowance. The figures applicable to your variant are published on our cards page and restated in your card agreement. All charges are inclusive of GST; no GST is added on top of them.
We may revise charges and limits. Where we do, we will give you prior notice in the manner and within the timelines required by the Reserve Bank of India. If you do not accept a revision you may close the card.
Withdrawals are subject to your variant's daily and monthly limits and to your available card limit, whichever is lower, as well as to the limits of the ATM operator.
You may set a lower daily or monthly withdrawal limit than your variant allows, and may freeze the card, from the mobile application at any time.
Each purchase at a partner merchant uses PV from your card limit, at 1 PV for every ₹1 of the purchase. You cannot spend more than the PV available on your card.
We may suspend or close the card where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, where you breach these terms, or where we are required to by law or regulation. You may close the card at any time by contacting us.
Your liability for unauthorised electronic transactions is determined in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India's directions on customer protection, which turn principally on how promptly you report the transaction to us. Report anything suspicious immediately on 011-69311590.
If something goes wrong, our escalation path - from customer support to Grievance Redressal Officer and onward to the RBI Ombudsman - is set out on our grievance redressal page.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
